How does the Shopify sales tracker work?+
Every Shopify storefront exposes certain data publicly. Koala Inspector reads that and turns it into estimated order volume, revenue trends, and a view of which products are actually moving, shown as a dashboard inside your browser. You never touch the store's admin and need no special access.
How accurate is the sales estimation?+
No third-party tool can report exact sales figures from a store it does not own. Koala Inspector gives you directional estimates based on product activity and order signals. Most users find it accurate enough to spot winning products and compare competitor momentum, which is the practical goal.
Can I track multiple Shopify stores at once?+
Up to 50 on the Premium plan. Each store keeps its own dashboard, so you can drop back in any time and line up the trends across competitors without setting anything up again.
Is there a free plan?+
There is. The Free plan covers basic store analysis, product statistics, and best sellers, plus 15 tokens a month so you can try the deeper features. Premium ($22/month) renews 220 tokens every month and raises the tracking limit to 50 shops.
What browser do I need?+
Koala Inspector is a Chrome extension, so you need Google Chrome (or another Chromium-based browser like Brave or Edge). No other software installation is required.
