This new token system will allow you more flexibility and control over how you use Koala Inspector’s powerful tools each month!
Whether you’re on the Free, Professional, or Unlimited plan, you’ll be able to decide where and how to spend your tokens. Read on to learn more about how this new system works and how it can benefit your eCommerce journey!
Why Switch to a Token System?
With our current system, each plan has a fixed number of credits allocated to specific features, such as product statistics, shop structure, ad campaigns, and more. However, we understand that every eCommerce business is unique, and users may prioritize different features each month. That’s why we’re switching to a token-based system—so you can decide which features to focus on based on your goals.
How Does the New Token System Work?
Each month, your plan will provide you with a set number of tokens. You can spend these tokens on any of the available Koala Inspector features. Here’s a breakdown of the new system:

The flexibility of the token system allows you to allocate tokens based on your needs each month. For example:
- If you want to focus on discovering new retailers, you can spend more tokens on the “Find Retailers” feature.
- If you’re running multiple ad campaigns, you might choose to allocate tokens there.
What’s New for Shop Tracking?
With the introduction of the new token system, the Shop Tracking feature has also been updated. Here’s how it will work for each plan:

Shop Tracking remains unavailable.

You can track individual shops at a cost of 15 tokens per shop.

Unlimited Plan
You can track up to 50 shops.
This new approach gives you more flexibility based on your plan and tracking needs.

Currently, tokens reset each month and do not carry over to the next month. Make sure to use them before they expire!

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan to receive more tokens each month or even go unlimited with the Unlimited Plan.
Q3: Will this affect my current plan pricing?
No, the new token system is simply an enhancement to how you use credits—it won’t impact your monthly subscription fee.
